Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 stalk rosemary leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.
  • Steam or boil the carrots 'til softened.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet.
  • Add the honey and carrots to the skillet, and toss together with the melted butter.
  • If desired, add fresh rosemary to the mixture.
  • Toss everything together on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve while warm.
