Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.
Steam or boil the carrots 'til softened.
Melt the butter in a large skillet.
Add the honey and carrots to the skillet, and toss together with the melted butter.
If desired, add fresh rosemary to the mixture.
Toss everything together on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve while warm.
