Rub the pork chops down with the Crooked Pig Seasoning.
Place the chops in a bowl, and put in the fridge for 20 minutes to marinate.
Grill the pork chops slowly, letting all the flavors infuse as they cook. We also prefer to grill on a charcoal grill, adding even more grilling flavor.
Meanwhile, wash the apples.
Slice the apples and onions.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the sliced apples and onions to the skillet.
Fry the apples and onions at a lower temp, adding salt and pepper for added flavor.
Once the chops are cooked through to an internal temperature of 165° F. and done grilling, add a helping of apples and onions on top before serving.
Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables, etc. It all combines to make a delicious home cooked meal.
