Ingredients

Instructions

  • Before getting started, lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Alternatively, you can also line your baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Add the salted butter, vanilla extract, and mini marshmallows to a microwave-safe bowl, and heat on high in the microwave for 2 minutes, until mostly melted.
  • Stir 'til smooth.
  • Quickly stir in the Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  • Use a spatula to gently and evenly spread the mixture into the 9x13 baking dish that you greased up in the first step. Let completely cool to room temperature.
  • Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

How do I store Fruity Pebble marshmallow treats?
I recommend storing Fruity Pebbles rice crispy treats in an airtight container or plastic bag on the counter at room temperature for up to 2-3 days. Do NOT store them in the refrigerator or freezer, because that will make them hard.
