  • Start by prepping your peaches; this will depend on whether you're using fresh or frozen.***
  • Add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot, stirring the mixture together.
  • Pop the lid on your Instant Pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot on Multigrain for 6 minutes, and let it cook and naturally release.
  • When the oatmeal has finished cooking, serve it with sugar, brown sugar, milk, cream, and extra sliced peaches. Enjoy!

Notes

*We use old fashioned rolled oats for this recipe. If you prefer to use steel cut oats, you may need to increase the cooking time by a minute or two.
**You can use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches.
***If using fresh, you'll need to wash, peel, and chop or slice the peaches. If using frozen, you can put them in whole or chop them; they can easily be chopped up, even with a wooden spoon, after cooking. If using canned peaches, drain the liquid before adding them to the pot.
