Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1/2 large onion minced
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in the butter.
  • Meanwhile, mince the onion.
  • Add the onion in with the ground beef.
  • Once the ground beef is browned, add in the rest of your ingredients.
  • Put the cover on your Instant Pot, and set it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once it's cooked, let it rest and naturally release pressure.
  • Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and whatever else your heart desires. Enjoy!
