Ingredients

  • 12 Ritz crackers
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese *
  • 1 whole apple washed, peeled, and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  • Slice both the apples and cheese.
  • Layer a slice of cheddar cheese, a thin slice of apple, and about a teaspoon of cream cheese between 2 Ritz crackers, forming a crispy sweet and salty sandwich.
  • Repeat the steps above with the rest of the Ritz crackers.
  • Place the cheese and crackers on a serving platter and serve.

Notes

*Or you can use Monterey Jack, Colby Jack, smoked cheddar, smoked Gouda, etc. Pick the cheese you love and go with it.
