Crock Pot

Philly Cheesesteak

Sandwich

• Sliced Sirloin Steak • Minced Garlic • Sliced Yellow Onion • Minced Fresh Mushrooms • Sliced Green Bell Peppers • Salt • Black Pepper • Worcestershire Sauce • Beef Broth • Bacon Grease • Hoagie Rolls • Provolone Cheese • Mayonnaise • Cheez Whiz

Ingredients:

Thinly slice the steak, and prepare the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray, and add the thinly sliced steak.

Add in the minced garlic, sliced onion, minced mushrooms, and sliced bell peppers.

Whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Pour the beef broth over the meat and vegetables, giving everything a good stir.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Then dab a light layer of bacon grease and add a half-slice of provolone cheese to the hoagie buns, lightly toasting on the griddle or in the oven.

Spread mayo on each bun.

Using tongs, add the meat mixture to each bun.

Top with a spoonful or two of heated Cheez Whiz.

And that's it. Your sandwiches are ready to serve!
