– Sweet potatoes – unsalted butter – brown sugar – whole milk – large Eggs – VANILLA EXTRACT – mini marshmallows – chopped pecans

You'll need...

Add the cubed sweet potatoes to a large stockpot and boil for 10-15 minutes.

Mash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher or hand mixer.

Whisk together the softened butter, brown sugar, milk, eggs, sweet potatoes, and chopped pecans.

Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Top with marshmallows and pecans.

Bake at 375° F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
