Ingredients

Start by creaming the eggs, sugar, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and salt together.

Pour into the metal canister of your ice cream maker and top off with whole milk.

Pour crushed ice and rock salt around the canister, making sure to top it off with rock salt.

Let the motor run until it stops. It’ll stop when the ice cream is frozen and done churning.

If you’re having trouble with the motor seizing up, try adding UP TO a gallon of water to the ice and rock salt to keep it churning.

Pro Tip!

When the ice cream has FULLY FROZEN, IT'S READY TO SERVE IMMEDIATELY!
