Jiffy Corn

– cooked bacon, crumbled – green onions, minced – cream cheese – heavy whipping cream – salted butter – sugar – sour cream – frozen corn – JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix – salt – black pepper – cheddar cheese – Colby jack cheese

You'll need...

Cook cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salted butter, sugar, and sour cream on low heat, until fully melted.

Mix together the cream cheese mixture, crumbled bacon, green onions, corn, JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix, salt, and pepper.

Add to casserole dish and bake at 325° for about 55 minutes.

Add shredded cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Serve while warm and enjoy!
