– Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi – Johnny apple peeler – Immersion blender – Pint jars – Hot water bath canner – Canning funnel – Jar lifter
– Apples, unpeeled – Lemon juice – Water
Wash, slice, and core the apples.
Put the sliced apples into your Instant Pot.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes, allowing the Instant Pot to naturally release.
Purée the mixture.
Pour the applesauce into hot, sterilized pint jars, leaving 1/2" of headroom.
Process the jars in a boiling hot water bath for 20 minutes.
