From Scratch

– Unbleached     All-Purpose Flour – Heavy Whipping    Cream – Ham Drippings – Water

WHISK FLOUR AND HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM INTO THE HAM DRIPPINGS IN A LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT.

ADD WATER AND CONTINUE WHISKING UNTIL GRAVY THICKENS.
