WHY MAKE RAW MILK ICE CREAM?

–QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE –ONLY 5 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS –OLD-FASHIONED VANILLA FLAVOR –MAKE IT IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS! –THERE WILL BE LEFTOVERS!

–RAW MILK –CANE SUGAR –RAW CREAM –VANILLA EXTRACT –SEA SALT

In a large mixing bowl, whisk raw milk, sugar, cream, vanilla extract and sea salt until dissolved.

Turn on the ice cream freezer and pour the mixture into the freezer bowl with churn paddle in place.

Place the cover on top and let it mix for about 20-25 minutes.

Be sure to pre-freeze the ice cream canister that goes with your ice cream maker. Otherwise, the ice cream won’t freeze!

Pro Tip!

When it’s done churning, scoop the soft-serve ice cream into bowls and enjoy!
