WHY MAKE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM?

–QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE –ONLY 7 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS –OLD-FASHIONED COCOA FLAVOR –MAKE IT IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS! –THERE WILL BE LEFTOVERS!

–COCOA POWDER –CANE SUGAR –BROWN SUGAR –SEA SALT –WHOLE MILK –HEAVY CREAM –VANILLA EXTRACT

Whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, and salt.

ADD MILK, CREAM AND VANILLA EXTRACT, WHISKING UNTIL FULLY DISSOLVED.

Turn on the ice cream freezer, and pour the mixture into the freezer bowl.

Be sure to pre-freeze the ice cream canister that goes with your ice cream maker. Otherwise, the ice cream won’t freeze!

Pro Tip!

Then place the cover on top, and let it mix 'til it thickens, about 20-25 minutes.

When the ice cream has a soft, creamy texture, it's ready to serve as soft-serve ice cream.

If you prefer a firmer ice cream, transfer the ice cream into an airtight container in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
