Ingredients
– apple juice – lemon juice – sugar
Bring apple juice, lemon juice, and sugar to a boil, constantly stirring until it begins to gel.
Transfer to sterilized jars, leaving 1/2” gap at the top.
Place jars in a hot water bath, processing for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let jars sit undisturbed for 24 hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
