Ingredients

– LEMON CAKE MIX – INSTANT PUDDING – EGGS – WATER – CANOLA OIL – powdered sugar – lemon juice

Combine cake mix and instant pudding mix with the eggs, water and oil.

Pour batter into greased cake pan and smooth out with a spatula.

Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 40 minutes.

YOU CAN TELL THAT YOUR POKE CAKE IS FULLY BAKED WHEN A TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO THE MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN.

While still hot, poke holes all over the cake with a fork.

Whisk up and spread the lemon glaze evenly all over the cake.
