French Toast

Ingredients:

— Sandwich bread — Eggs — Whole Milk — Maple Syrup — Cinnamon & Nutmeg — Cinnamon Brown    Sugar Topping

Cut the bread into small 1-inch cubes, and layer with chopped pecans in a greased baking dish.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour the egg mixture over the sliced bread in the baking dish. cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

NEXT MIX UP THE CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR TOPPING WITH A PASTRY BLENDER

Crumble or clump the BROWN SUGAR topping over the entire casserole.

Cover WITH foil, and bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes. Then uncover and bake it for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Once fully COOKED, slice and serve your french toast bake with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
