CHICKEN GRAVY

Easy

– water – all-purpose flour – chicken broth – onion powder – salt, to taste – ground black pepper

You'll need...

Whisk together the water and flour.

Add chicken broth to a medium sauce pan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Whisk in the onion powder, cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes.

Whisk the flour/water slurry mixture into the boiling broth, stirring constantly.

Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve the gravy warm with your dinner.
