– potatoes, chopped – celery, chopped – carrots, chopped – yellow onion, chopped – frozen peas, thawed – frozen corn, thawed – frozen green beans, thawed – frozen okra, thawed – salt – ground black pepper – vegetable juice

ADD THE CHOPPED, FRESH VEGETABLES TO THE SLOW COOKER.

ADD THE FROZEN VEGETABLES TO THE SLOW COOKER.

POUR IN THE V8 JUICE, GIVING THE MIXTURE A GOOD STIR.

COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR; THEN SIMMER ON LOW FOR 4-6 HOURS.
