–POTATOES, CHOPPED –CELERY, CHOPPED –CARROTS, CHOPPED –YELLOW ONION, CHOPPED –FROZEN PEAS –FROZEN CORN –FROZEN GREEN BEANS –FROZEN OKRA –SALT & PEPPER –VEGETABLE JUICE

Ingredients:

ADD THE CHOPPED, FRESH VEGETABLES TO THE SLOW COOKER.

ADD THE FROZEN VEGETABLES TO THE SLOW COOKER.

POUR IN THE V8  JUICE AND GIVE THE MIXTURE A GOOD STIR.

COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR; THEN SIMMER ON LOW FOR 4-6 HOURS.

Serve the soup while hot with your favorite soup sides.
