WHY YOU'LL LOVE CHEWY GINGERBREAD COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

• unsalted butter • sugar & brown sugar • molasses • milk • flour • baking soda • spices

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, molasses and milk.

In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture, mixing well.

Knead the dough on a floured surface, and roll out to 1/4" thickness before cutting out cookies.

Bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes and let cool before decorating.

Decorate the gingerbread cookies with icing, sprinkles, and nonpareils.

Serve and enjoy!
