Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and I don’t know about you, but our family loves to have a few appetizers before the main meal. A long time ago, my sister shared the original recipe for this caramel dip with me, but I can’t remember exactly how she made it. (Nina, feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.) Anyway, I tasted my way through and ended up with a most delicious dip that my guys absolutely loved.
Having only 3 ingredients, this caramel apple dip is so easy to make, it’s not even funny. See below for a printable recipe. You’ll definitely want to serve with sliced apples, peeled or not. We prefer to keep the nutrient-rich peelings on. Enjoy!
Caramel Apple Dip
- 1 tbsp. caramel extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- Sliced apples
- Mix together softened cream cheese, caramel extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
